Accreditation

Dear Colleagues!

Accreditation of media representatives is open from 30 September to 15 October 2011.

  1. To apply for accreditation, you will need to download the application form. You may email the completed accreditation application form to media@businessdialog.ru.
Please note that all the fields in the application form must be filled in. If insufficient information is provided, the application form will be considered incorrect and will not be processed.
You will receive emails informing you of the status of your accreditation application, as well as other useful details.
  2. Accreditation is conditional on publication of the materials or broadcasting of a television report on the Forum (it is MANDATORY to include the name of the Forum and the organizing company Business Dialogue), and is subject to all the materials related to the obligations being provided prior to registration at the Forum.
We request that you comply with this requirement and provide copies of the published materials by email to: media@businessdialog.ru.
  3. Owing to the infrastructure limitations of the Forum’s venue – the Radisson Lazurnaya Hotel – the number of media representatives at the Forum will be limited in order to ensure the most comfortable working conditions possible and provide media representatives with all the resources they need.
  4. A maximum of 2 representatives from each media outlet/publication are permitted on the Forum accreditation application.
  5. Accreditation for media representatives will be for the duration of the Forum, from 17 October to 18 October 2011.
  6. Forum accreditation badges will be provided at the Forum venue during registration.
  7. Media representatives will receive their accreditation badges provided the following conditions are met:
    • Accreditation confirmation in the Forum database
    • Passport provided at registration (the passport details must coincide with those in the Forum database).
  8. If one or more of the above conditions are not met, the organizing company may refuse accreditation for the events.

Accredited journalists must:

  • Ensure that the information they provide is accurate
  • If those who provide information so request, refer to the source of the information, and obtain authorization for a cited/quoted statement if it is announced for the first time
  • Notify persons and officials providing information that audio-, video recording or photographs are being taken
  • When requested, present their editorial staff ID or any other form of identification confirming the journalist’s authority
  • Not use their professional opportunities to conceal information, misrepresent socially significant information, spread rumours in the guise of confirmed facts, or gather information on behalf of a non-media third person or entity
  • Not take photos/video recordings if the Forum’s security personnel so demand

Media representatives also have other obligations under the current media legislation of the Russian Federation.
Forum accreditation allows media representatives to attend all business and entertainment programme events and receive all information materials. For journalists accredited at the Forum, there is a press centre equipped with computers with Internet connection.
Accreditation will not be granted to representatives of marketing, advertising and subscription departments!
We are always ready to assist you in arranging interviews and to provide all the requisite, convenient conditions for your work at the Forum! If you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to ask us.
We wish you every success in your work at the Forum!
