Andrey Goltsblat is a managing partner of Goltsblat BLP and was previously a managing partner with Pepeliaev, Goltsblat & Partners. His previous roles include Chief of Staff for the Constitutional Commission of the Russian Parliament. Andrey Goltsblat has been awarded the medal of the Federal Chamber of Attorneys of the Russian Federation "For services in support of human rights and liberties". He is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and the ABA (American Bar Association). He has also overseen legal advice to more than 450 real estate and construction projects in different regions of Russia over the last five years, predominately for major multinational investors, including Mars, Coca-Cola, Danone, Kimberly-Clark, Kingfisher/Castorama, Guardian Industries, Kronospan as well as a number of Japanese and European car manufacturers.
Peter CARLO-LEHRELL Chairman FIPRA International
After an education at Harrow School and Durham University in England, Peter-Carlo worked at the European Parliament, then in finance and in insurance, always in functions close to government relations and public affairs.
Peter-Carlo Lehrell founded FIPRA International ten years ago and today remains its' Chairman with responsibility both for the group's sales and marketing. From its European base, FIPRA expanded rapidly and the group today operates in more than 50 countries, including in the US, Australia, China, Korea, Turkey and Russia. Peter-Carlo has advised some of the world's largest companies, not only on their general public affairs, but also in his specialised area of competition policy on some of the largest monopoly cases and merger & acquisition transactions in recent years. His current or recent clients include Pfizer, General Electric, United Technologies, AMD, BP and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

Studied in the Industrial and Civil Construction Faculty at the Georgian Polytechnic Institute in Tbilisi.
Mr Yakobashivili is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods, of the Gorki-2 Agrocomplex and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rusagroproyekt, a member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, a member of the Bureau of the Board of Directors of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RusBrand, Vice-President of the Swedish-Russian Business Club, and a member of the international organization Business Action to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy (BASCAP) and of the World Economic Forum in Davos. As Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wimm-Bill-Dann, and also as a private individual, he is a founder, trustee and community board member of charitable societies and organizations: the Mstislav Rostropovich Scholarships Foundation, the Mariya charity, the “Family Upbringing” children’s home and the Foundation for Assistance to Children in Difficult Life Situations. He has been awarded the Medal for the 850th Anniversary of Moscow and the Council of Europe’s Pro Merito Medal, and has been named Man of the Year 2001 (Russian Biographical Institute), Person of the Year 2002 (RosBusinessConsulting), and Entrepreneur of the Year 2003 (Ernst and Young).
