Accreditation

Dear Colleagues,

Media accreditation is open from April 1, 2010 to May 20, 2010.

1. For accreditation you need to download the form. Please fill the form and send it to nazyrov-mr@businessdialog.ru.
   Please note that all fields are required. If the amount of data will be insufficient, the form is incorrect and is not taken into consideration.
   Information on the status of your request for accreditation, as well as other supplemental information will be sent to the email address listed as contact.
2. Accreditation is granted subject to mandatory publication of the material, the airing of a television story on the Forum (mention the name of the organizer of the Forum - "Business Dialogue" required).
   We ask you to comply with this condition, as well as provide copies of published materials at: nazyrov-mr@businessdialog.ru. If the above condition is not met  we have the right to deny accreditation to the following activities.
3. Considering limitations imposed by infrastructure of the Forum venue — Radisson SAS Lazurnaya Hotel — the number of Media representatives accredited for the Forum will be limited in order to ensure comfortable working conditions and prompt access to necessary resources for all Media representatives.
4. Media representative accreditation is valid through the entire Forum period (from 26 to 28 May 2010).
5. Media representatives may receive accreditation badges only if accreditation is confirmed in the Forum database.

Accredited journalist must:

• Check the credibility of information produced by him;
• Upon request of persons providing the information, indicate the source of such information and ask for authorization for the use of a quotation if it is used for the first time;
• Inform private and official persons about the fact of taking audio-, video-, film- or photo records while receiving information from them;
• Produce, upon request, a journalist ID or any other document proving his identity and authority;
• Not distribute unfaithful information that may harm honor, dignity and business reputation, and  unfaithful information that may harm image and business reputation of the Forum;
• Not use his professional capabilities for the purposes of concealing information and forging data that have public importance, spreading rumors disguised as faithful information, collecting information in favor of a third person or organizations that are not Mass Media agencies;
• Not take photo- and video records upon request by representatives of the Forum Security Service.

Media representative shall also bear other responsibilities provided for by the Law of the Russian Federation On Media.

We kindly invite accredited journalists working to press center equipped with computers connected to the Internet. Accreditation of the Forum provides an opportunity to visit all the business and entertainment activities of the program, receive informational materials.

Accreditation is not granted to staff of marketing, advertising departments, and divisions subscription!
