Service for business contacts

Dear Participant in the VI Business Forum Strategic Partnership 1520!

We are happy to inform you that, during our Forum, you will be able to use the special Omyconf! service for business contacts and communication via your mobile phone or laptop, prior to and during the Forum, you will be able to access the following information:

• Complete list of Forum participants (full name, company/position, photo);
• Forum programme, including speakers’ names and the organizer’s announcements. You can choose to set up SMS reminders for reports of particular interest to you;
• Effective filters and search. Find the people/events you are interested in;
• Communication with other Forum participants through the built-in message exchange service, schedule appointments and business meetings;
• You can mark persons of particular interest to you and your phone will let you know when they are nearby (the service works with the Bluetooth function activated).

The service is available as a phone application (JavaMobile/Android), mobile website (Iphone/Android), or a regular website at: omyconf.ru.
To be able to use Omyconf, you will need a mobile phone or laptop with Internet connection.

• Please note! It is only possible to find other participants if the Bluetooth function activated. SMS reminders of events and messages work only if you provide your mobile phone number.

To begin using the service, you will need a unique personal code. You will receive the code by email and SMS message sent to the phone number you provided on the registration form. Your code will also be included in the details on your Forum participant badge, which you will receive at the registration desk.

• N.B.: To be able to use the service most effectively, you will need to provide the number of the mobile phone you will carry with you during the Forum. Business Dialogue guarantees that this information will be kept confidential.

To begin using the service, please enter the code in the authorization form at: omyconf.ru

After logging in, you will be prompted to review your personal details, which we have already entered in the system. Please verify all your personal details very carefully, as this information will be used by the service during the Forum, as well as for your Forum participant badge.

After verifying the personal information, you will be able to add information about your personal interests and purpose for attending the Forum; you will have additional possibilities for searching events and other participants with similar interests.

You will also be able to download your photo, which will save you time in obtaining the Forum participant badge.
